The Paramount, constructed in 1920, was a distribution center and screening room for Paramount Pictures until the 1950s. Many major film distributors had such facilities on Oklahoma City's "Film Row." Theater owners would come here to screen movies and purchase items for their own venues. The building is still undergoing restoration, but has again operated as a theater since the early 2000s.
