This memorial is located in front of the Mulhall Family Center, just east of Highway 77 on Baty Avenue. In front of the blue metal building is a brick pillar with a granite plaque. On May 3, 1999, an F5 tornado tore through Mulhall, destroying 80% of the town. The memorial reads:
