English: In 1957, Tage Larsen opened the Apollo cinema in the Odense suburb of Bolbro. The movie ads are local newspaper ads for 3 of the movies, "The Living Skull", "Onibaba" and "Use the Fists Gringo", Apollo showed. The cinema closed in 1977.
The other pictures are from 1956. Østergaard was chief inspector. As you can see in the pictures, the cinema's foyer was modernly decorated.
The address is Middelfartvej 121. Today there is a shop for e-cigarettes, liquids and accessories at the address.
