The sculpture sits on a concrete pedestal and is at the end of Courtyard place. I assume the name is "Spirit of Cooperation" although it is not entirely clear. It was most likely placed in 1987. It features a woman waving towards the north, while wearing a hat and holding a bundle of flowers.
