Munkebo Havn er en lille kommunalt ejet bådehavn beliggende i Kertinge Nor i bunden af Kerteminde Fjord direkte overfor Munkebo Kro.

Desværre er der ikke mange gæstende både, der finder ind til dette idylliske sted, idet frihøjden under vejbroen Langebro i Kerteminde kun er 1,30 m. Men har man jolle eller gummibåd med på sommerturen, kan en tur i Noret anbefales. Turen helt til Munkebo er 6 km. Undervejs kan vikingegraven Ladbyskibet besøges. Sejlrenden er lidt kringlet og skal, uden lokalkendskab, besejles med forsigtighed.

Munkebo Havn er udlejet til den stedlige forening Munkebo Bådelaug, som står for den daglige drift og vedligeholdelse. Det er fortrinsvis fritidsfiskeres små joller og fartøjer til rekreative formål, der findes i havnen.

Den flydende anløbsbro er forbeholdt vikingeskibet Ladbydragen og turbåden fra Kertinge nor.
