Ruby Grant Park is the newest addition to the Norman park system. Dedicated in December 2020, the 148-acre park is still very much under construction. Completed areas include the Ruby Grant Playground, a large handicap-accessible children's play area, which is suitable for children of all abilities. In the northwest corner of the play area is a collection of playable musical instruments - chimes, drums, and a xylophone. The xylophone also provides weatherproof sheet music for you to play. All were in good tune and we made some merry music on our visit.
