According his death certificate seen on FindAGrave, W. W. Dyer was born January 31, 1870 to John Dyer and Elzie (York) Dyer both of Georgia. He was a farmer. He was survived by his wife Mrs. S. W. Dyer of Sherman, TX. He passed away of Bright's disease on January 3, 1918...yes the death certificate and headstone disagree.
