The Tourist Office is located on the 1st floor of the Torreón de Los Andrade.
It is open all year round and in addition to providing information on tourism in the region, it offers thematic visits on the history of Pontedeume inside its facilities, in what is called the "Los Andrade Interpretation Center".

Inside the Torreón de Los Andrade, in addition to the Tourist Office, there are three other themed floors that must be visited by tourists due to their cultural interest:
2nd floor: «History of Pontedeume: The feudal lords».
3rd floor: «History of Pontedeume: The town in the Middle Ages».
4th Floor: Permanent exhibition of graphic work by Julio Prieto Nespereira.
