Long Description:
The two storey brick and bluestone warehouse was constructed for William McDowell in 1840 as a bond store. The Colonial Georgian style building is of bricks with fine axed basalt quoins and window surrounds. Since 1931 it has been home to the Portland Citizens Brass Band.
