There is a water tower on Headache Hill at Prince Gallitzin state park. It is a simple round shape, with verticle sides and a flat top. You can hike to it from the campground or from the Point trail or Crooked Run trails, or you can drive to it and park beside it. Seasonally, you can climb to the top for a spectacular view.
