Headache Hill is one of the highest points in the park The water tower has external stairways to permit access to the top of tower. The three hundred-sixty degrees of viewing offer views of Lake Glendale and the forested hills of the Allegheny Plateau. Crooked Run and Point trails are hiking trails that pass the tower. There is parking at the base of the tower.

Open Spring through Fall with no fee. The tower access is usually shut off with the first snow or ice storm of the season.
