Paxton's Blessing Box #4 is at the northeast corner of E. Ross Parkway and S. Roosevelt. It is a red, two-shelf structure with the Paxton's Blessing Box logo on the front. A bus stop is next to it, and a bench for students along Roosevelt.
Unfortunately this red structure has no door. It has two shelves, and when we visited the following items could be seen inside: several bags of pasta meals, a couple bags of rice, a few cans of tomatoes, two cans of chicken noodle soup, a bag of lentils, a package of spaghetti, and a large box of raisins,
