Whilst walking through Oudewater I found this bench at 'shore' of the IJsselvere pond. It is decorated with a bronze plaque. The bench is dedicated to Huib and To Kasbergen - van den Bergen. They must have lived at the IJsselvere 31 from 1946 tot 1999, it says so on the plaque. I couldn't find more information about the dedication or mr. and mrs. Kasbergen.
