Østre Gasværk på Østerbro i København, blev opført i 1878 som byens andet gasværk.
Østre Gasværk blev lukket ned i 1969, og den fredede gasbeholder er det eneste af bygningerne, der i dag er bevaret.
I dag fungerer den gamle gasbeholder som teater.
I 1979 tog Morten Grunwald og Pelle Sadolin initiativ til at der blev opført teaterforestillinger i det gamle gasværk. De første år opførtes der kun enkeltforestillinger og gæstespil. Den første store egenproduktion var Shakespeares En skærsommernatsdrøm i 1986, der blev instrueret af Peter Langdal. Teateret har også opført musicals, bl.a. Les Misérables, Miss Saigon og Atlantis.

Østre Gasværk was closed down in 1969, and the protected gasometer is the only one of the buildings that is preserved today.
Today, the old gasometer serves as a theater.
In 1979, Morten Grunwald and Pelle Sadolin took the initiative to stage theater performances in the old gasworks. In the first years, only solo performances and guest performances were performed. The first major in-house production was Shakespeare's A Midsummer Night's Dream in 1986, directed by Peter Langdal. The theater has also performed musicals, i.a. Les Misérables, Miss Saigon and Atlantis.
