The present Kidney Springs Gazebo is built in 1922 and is the third Gazebo in this location. The former gazebos are washed away by floods.
The Gazebo in white painted wood has an octagon-shaped design and neo-classic elements with the most obvious being the eight Doric columns that rest on concrete bulwarks.
The roof has rafters that resemble the elements of Japanese pagodas.
Inside the Gazebo is a warm spring-fed water fountain with a metal plaque above describing the mineral content.
On the top is a sculpture of a woman with a water jar.
