Flamenco, by sculptor Jonathan W. Hils, is set on a base of concentric cirles on a street island in The Paseo art district. The bright red abstract sculpture, which expresses the excitement of the flamenco, was commissioned by the Oklahoma City Community Foundation in honor of philanthropist John Belt.
