This hotspot is located by the beach of Quarteira, in its most central spot, right on the wide cobblestone pedestrian street which people call "O Calçadão". It's a leisure area, very popular both if peak season and out of season and so it's great that the City (Loulé municipality) and the local parish are providing this free Internet access to whoever comes here.
