DESCRIBED BY NATIONAL GEODETIC SURVEY 1968 4.9 MI SE FROM PIONEER. THIS MARK IS ABOUT 6.35 MILES NORTH ALONG INTERSTATE ROUTE 75 FROM THE U.S. HIGHWAY 25W INTERCHANGE AT CARYVILLE TO THE ROYAL BLUE ROAD INTERCHANGE, THENCE 0.1 OF A MILE NORTHERLY ON ROYAL BLUE ROAD TO A FORK, THENCE RIGHT CONTINUING NORTHERLY ON ROYAL BLUE ROAD 0.5 TO WHERE THE ROAD CURVES WEST AT A SMALL CONCRETE BRIDGE AND THE MARK IN THE SOUTH CONCRETE HEADWALL OF THIS BRIDGE. IT IS NEAR THE WEST END OF THE SOUTH HEADWALL OF THE BRIDGE APPROXIMATELY 300 FEET WEST OF THE MEDIAN OF INTERSTATE ROUTE 75 NEAR STATION 792 + 50, 10 FEET SOUTH OF THE APPROXIMATE CENTER OF ROYAL BLUE ROAD, 1.8 FEET EAST OF A METAL WITNESS POST AND SIGN, AND ABOUT 1.5 FEET ABOVE THE LEVEL OF THE ROAD. IT IS A STANDARD DISK CEMENTED IN A DRILL HOLE IN THE TOP OF THE HEADWALL AND THE DISK IS STAMPED N 236 1961.
