This fine cobblestone building was (according to locals) constructed in the 1920s and served as the office to the Porter Hill Spanish Inn, a motel. The motel itself is long gone and the building has been out of use for decades. It is however in surprisingly good condition. Those cobblestone walls are stout, and the metal roof shows no sign of leaking. It is possible that the current owner keeps it up and is using it for storage; however it is not occupied nor in service as an office.
