The menhirs are located along the RD781 departmental road, about 900 m south-east of the church of Erdeven, towards the village of Plouharnel. The menhirs are freely accessible from the road.

The site consists of 10 rows of 165 standing menhirs, cut by the road connecting Erdeven and Plouharnel. The most imposing of them are concentrated in the western zone of the alignments.

The site was originally to consist of more than 1,100 stones, spread over an area of ??more than 2 km long and 64 m wide. An old cromlech could have been erected, then destroyed during the development of the road.

The menhirs date from the Neolithic era.

The alignments of Kerzérho, with those of the Table of sacrifice6, are classified as historical monuments by the list of 1862.

The menhirs of Kerzérho would be the vanguard of the Roman soldiers petrified by Saint Cornély, of which the main body of the troops constituted the alignments of Carnac.
