On 35 ha, the site of the Etang des Noues, at the gates of Cholet is a paradise for sportsmen (hikers, joggers ...) and families. On the edge of the Nuaillé - Chanteloup forest massif, is of great interest to all avifauna, such as the black kite. Also located a few kilometers north of Lake Verdon, it drains a number of birds during their migratory movements. It is also a site frequented by all the forest species that come to drink there, such as deer.

Sur 35 ha, le site de l'Etang des Noues, aux portes de Cholet est le paradis des sportifs (randonneurs, joggeurs...) et des familles. En bordure du massif forestier de Nuaillé - Chanteloup, présente un grand intérêt pour l’ensemble de l'avifaune, comme le Milan noir. Egalement situé à quelques kilomètres au nord du lac du Verdon, il draine quantité d'oiseaux lors de leurs déplacements migratoires. C'est aussi un site fréquenté par toutes les espèces forestières qui viennent s'y abreuver, comme le chevreuil.
