Deze putdeksel vond ik tijdens een wandeling in het Goffertpark. Het is een putdeksel met het wapen van de stad Nijmegen erop. Dit is een dubbele adelaar met een schild met een leeuw erop. Tijdens een zoektocht online kwam ik een nieuwe hobby tegen: putdekselprinten! Het schijnt in Nijmegen heel populair te zijn om met behulp van dit type putdeksel een print te maken met inkt en een deegroller op een t-shirt... (www.indebuurt.nl) Dat zou ook op deze locatie goed kunnen, al heb ik wel eerst de blaadjes opzij moeten schuiven voor de foto.
I found this manhole cover during a walk in the Goffertpark. It is a manhole cover with the coat of arms of the city of Nijmegen on it. This is a double eagle with a shield with a lion on it.
