Little Free Library 96517 is located on the north side of an office complex at 12th and Western. The structure is at the entrance to the Payne County Youth and Family Services office. It is in an alcove with a bench next to it. Two large shelves and two small shelves accomodate a variety of book sizes. At the time of my visit, there were no books in the library.

Although the LFL map shows a library here, it is not the same number as the one at this location.
