A bear is a heraldic animal which Bernatice village has both on its coat-of-the-arms and the village flag. That is why the wooden statue of this animal gas been intaled recently in front of the local authority building. The standing bear statue was made by a chainsaw and it currently wears a protection mask due to COVID regulations :-)
