Driving on TX-36 through Ingram, TX will eventually take you around a slow bend in the road that passes over a concrete bridge at Bumble Bee Creek where the creek empties into the Guadalupe River. There is not much to tell the driver they are crossing this bridge except for the stanchions and guardrails on the roadside where the road crosses over the creek. If the vegetation is allowed to grow up high enough, it will shade the benchmark and may even cover it with leaves or branches. It is close to the end of the bridge road. The survey disc is horizontal on the concrete of the bridge, on the top edge of the bridge that extends past the guardrail. It is close to the end of the bridge where it meets the roadway on the ground.
