South Blendon Reformed Church is located in Hudsonville, Michigan on Port Sheldon Street. The Church consists of tan brick with some cement trim and white painted trim. There are two entrances facing South and one facing East which is the Church Office entrance. The Southeast entrance has two tinted glass doors with cement steps leading up to them while the Southwest entrance has no steps and two sets of glass doors. The Office entrance has a peaked roof covering with one glass door. The roof is mainly peaked with asphalt shingles.
