A 6' high marble, broken column with a raised relief of a wreath over the top and front side is supported by a rectangular marble base. The monument is set on a 1' high square granite base. The marble base is inscribed:

AND
WOMANS RELIEF CORPS No. 160
OF ADAMS MASS.
IN LOVING REMEMBRANCE OF OUR SOLDIERS
