According Cebrián Franco in the interview of Faro de Vigo "the altarpiece is Baroque, probably from the 18th century. Has on one side of the temple the image of Nosa Señora da Lanzada that gives the hermitage its name, the miniature of a ship, suspended from the ceiling, which proclaims the gratitude from the men of the sea for the protection offered to her by the Virxe da Lanzada ".
