LGBTQ+ Crosswalk

In 2013 Sydney, Australia painted the first Rainbow Crosswalk to celebrate diversity and inclusion. Since then, the crosswalks have become a world-wide symbol of acceptance and peace.

Widely adopted by the LGBTQ+ community, the crosswalks acknowledge all marginalized groups and their presence in our communities.

The rainbow sidewalk was painted by high school students and is quite wide and crosses Fairview Road, one end leading to a nice newly established park and crosses to in front of the high school.
