from brabants dagblad.nl:
A rocking horse from a merry-go-round, but then around a lamppost. Since Saturday morning (15 augustu of 2020), the artwork with a nod to the Tilburg Fair can be found on Pieter Vreedeplein. Merry Go Lamppost, as the work is called, is the latest addition to the absurd, strange and comical street art currently hiding in the inner city for Festival Cape Town. Artist Streetart Frankey has previously placed a seesaw in the Beljon fountain and a pizza-eating heron on the Piusplein. Homer Simpson also appeared on the roof of the former dance school in the Nieuwlandstraat, but it was also soon gone.
