Ponca City Regional Airport (the entry sign says "Municipal" but all web references say "Regional") is a general aviation airport that serves the Ponca City area. The airfield was used to train British pilots during WWII, and was returned to the City at the end of the war. The airport currently has about 160 flights per day, mostly private. There is a fine Mexican restaurant in the terminal, and for those interested in benchmarks there is a easy-to-find
triangulation station southwest of the terminal.
