A fine guest book a bit out of the common format. It's a giant paper slider. Every day the curator rotates the paper after taking pictures of the day's comments.
It's in a small but excellent museum covering all the thematic related with the EN 2 and the road works in the region in the last 150 years.
There is something peculiar with this WM: the President of Portugal visited the day before its creation and his comment is visible in the photos. Look for the second on the right, counting from the bottom. Marcelo Rebelo de Sousa it's the name.
