Although somewhat overshadowed by the monumentality of the Town Hall and the old Episcopal Palace, it is another work by Gulías of great beauty. Current headquarters of the Afundación Exhibition Center, it is named after the merchant who ordered it built. The ornamentation of its façade stands out, especially the use of tiles, which was a real novelty at the time.
