Google maps dated 2013 shows a different tower, so this one replaced that one sometime in the recent past.
This tower is a sleek white pipe with a gold colored ball on top... would look good with a smiley face. The ball only says Kress on two sides. Down two sides of the white pipe it says Kangaroos which I checked into and it is their school mascot.
Kress has a population of under 1000. This is the only tower I saw.
