Connor's State College is located on the west side of Warner. The college began in 1908 and today is a two-year accredited community college.

The gazebo is located on College Road, off the northwest corner of the Administration Building. It is constructed of wood with 18 wood posts supporting the roof, which is covered with a composition sheeting. There is one small opening on the west side. This is an 8-sided gazebo with a concrete floor and benches built into the sides.
