On the west side of Warner stands Connor's State College, originally founded in 1908 as an agricultural college. The administration building is a one-story building constructed of randomly laid cut and rusticated native sand stone. It measures 45 x 116 ft. and has a hipped roof, currently covered with metal siding. The east-facing entrance has a cross gable with a single recessed entrance door behind an arched opening.

The building was constructed in 1936, documented by a bronze shield located above the east entrance. Alongside this shield is an additional shield documenting the 1980 renovation of the building under the Title VI Special Capital Improvement Project. The remodeled windows are 6 over 6 double hung.
