Webbers Falls is located along the west bank of the Arkansas River. At the intersection of Commercial and Rivers Streets, facing the river, there is a block long memorial in the median.

There are two silhouettes made of wood. One is of a soldier with his rifle kneeling in front of a cross. The second is a depiction of the famous "End of the Trail" showing an Indian brave on horseback, defeated.
