This mausoleum contains the mortal remains of three members of the Johnson Family. Harry Joseph and his parents Frederick Douglas and Annie Johnson nee Gradwell.

Harry Joseph's memorial tablet is the central plaque and has the following dedication:
'In Loving Memory of
HARRY JOSEPH JOHNSON
BELOVED HUSBAND OF CYNTHIA
AND DEVOTED FATHER OF ANN
DIED MARCH 25TH 1964
AGED 59 YEARS.'

The memorial tablet for Frederick Douglas is the right-hand plaque and has the following dedication:
'IN
LOVING MEMORY OF
FREDERICK DOUGLASS JOHNSON
BELOVED HUSBAND OF ANNIE JOHNSON
DIED MAY 17TH 1938
AGED 66 YEARS.'

The memorial tablet for Annie Johnson nee Gradwell is the left-hand plaque and has the following dedication:
'IN
LOVING MEMORY OF
ANNIE,
BELOVED WIFE OF
FREDERICK DOUGLAS JOHNSON
DIED FEB. 18TH 1948
AGED 67 YEARS.'

The mausoleum is of dressed stone which in now showing signs of age and exposure to the rigours of the Manx climate.
