I was driving thru the neighborhood, trying to find some homes I had seen while getting photos for the Church of the Firstborn. I turned down the wrong street, and immediately noticed this mailbox. How could I miss a 4+ foot high claw hammer as a mailbox.The "handle" is carved wood, the "hammer head" is metal, and the door (hammer face) is some kind or round lid, now hinged on the bottom.
