A state highway runs directly through the town of Madill on a diagonal, and has left several buildings with no choice but to adapt. This is a two-story brick office building angled to be parallel to the Highway (S. 1st Street), sitting between 1st and 2nd. The result is a building that is a right triangle with the narrow point at the north.

The second story has one-over-one windows set in doubles. They are exposed on the east facing S. 1st Street, and are covered with metal siding on the rear of the building facing S. 2nd. There are three occupancies on the front, each with a single glass door, and window openings which have been partially filled, leaving smaller fixed pane windows. The tenants are U.S. Cellular at 110, Marshall County Home Health at 112, and a counseling service at 114.
