The Grantham Baptist Church is part of the Southern Baptist Convention. It is housed in a former country schoolhouse, constructed by the WPA in 1941-2. The church does not have a website. It is located about four miles east of the town of Madill, and serves a rural areas there.

The church building is a one-story native stone building, with a hipped roof. There is a single glass door on the north side. There are no traditional church features to the building. Parking is on a gravel/grass area in front of the church. A sign in the yard east of the church indicates that its pastor is Claud Williams.
