This large barn is located on the south side of S.W. 134th Street, between Highway 62 and S. Portland Avenue.

This is a large wood barn with a red metal Gambrell roof. It stands close to busy S.W. 134th Street. The barn has a concrete foundation. The lower portion has horizontal wood siding, with the upper portion vertical. A handicap ramp has been added to the east side and a two-story staircase added at the rear (south).
The barn is used by Rosebrook Nursery, a wholesale tree business, and the land south of the barn is a portion of their tree farm. A concrete block silo is located off the southwest corner. The barn is item 027-I on the Central Barn Survey.
