This Great War Memorial is located in Conklin, Michigan at Chester Park. The Park is at 3509 Sehler Street. The Memorial consists of a plaque attached to a boulder in front of two flag poles. The flag poles are flying the State of Michigan and United States Flags. The plaque attached to the boulder reads:"1917 1918 This Memorial dedicated to the heroes of Chester Township who lost their lives in the Great War for the liberty of the World Carl Asman Company I 126th Inf. 32 Div.
