A brass disk on a concrete monument at ground level, along Marriottsville Road and in front of Hernwood Elementary School.
To reach the mark from the Baltimore Beltway, take Liberty Road (Maryland Route 26) northwest approximately 5 miles, through Randallstown. Turn left onto Marriottsville Road and proceed approximately one-half mile to Hernwood Elementary School, on the left. Mark is in the grass in front of the school, approximately 3 feet south of the sidewalk and 25 feet west of the driveway from the school. Mark is about 10 feet southeast of a fire hydrant.
