Dignity Memorial Gardens is a large cemetery in Colorado Springs, Colorado. Found at the intersection of Academy Blvd and Airport Rd, this cemetery is relatively new, having been established in 1952. In the "Garden of the Redeemer" stands a larger-than-life white marble statue of Christ the Redeemer, robed and with arms outstretched. The base of the statue contains a plaque with the text of Matthew 11:28.

Jesus Christ is the central figure of Christianity. Most Christians believe he is the incarnation of God the Son and the awaited Messiah (the Christ) prophesied in the Old Testament.
