Found this one while finding geocache nearby. It is very visible and right on the path toward a geocache (GC8W43R) and on the path maintained by the village. From here you can see the beach as well as the village which are beside the main highway. It is installed horizontally with an orange painted ring around the disk. I have included a picture of the beach taken from the disk location.
