For me, this is an unusual scale for a You Are Here map. Rather than show locations within the Baxter Conservation Area, the map shows the location of the Conservation Area within the Rideau Waterway. The map covers more than 300 kilometres.
Taking the main path towards the beach, look for the signboard on your left, just beyond a wooden building of changing rooms.
