The name and visage of Quanah Parker, Last Chief of the Comanche, is seen throughout west Texas and southwest Oklahoma. The Quanah Parker Trail is dotted with these 22' arrows, sculpted by Charles Smith. This example is in a small park near a "Welcome to Lamesa" sign.
