Flying License is a kinetic sculpture comprised of license plates that are cut to resemble flying objects. Some of the flying objects the students chose to represent are: jet, helicopter, hot air balloon, rocket, bi-plane, and military jets.

I see both Oklahoma and Kansas license plates among the flying objects. Three connected panels, each about 5' high and 3-4' wide, each hold several strings of flying objects, each attached so that when the wind blows each of the pieces rotates in the wind.
