Gabriel Prusmack needs no introduction in Galveston. His art is the first thing you see when you approach the George and Cynthia Mitchell Causeway. His works are sprinkled all around the island.
On the fence which separates Shrimp and Stuff Restaurant and Dolphin World Gift Shop, eight large purple tentacles are just below the waterline. Do they belong to a menacing sea monster or a friendly Cephalopod?
